What “authorized” means
A direct line to the manufacturer.
Anyone can put a logo on a shopfront. Being the authorized agent is different: it means LG appointed us to represent them in South Sudan — with official supply lines, factory training for our technicians, and warranties the manufacturer actually honours.
The grey market offers lookalike products with no such backing. They may cost a little less on day one, and far more on day one hundred. Our promise is in our tagline: experience, original quality, every time.
